if you see a hacker use /spec <id> then /cuff   the player will leave the server

User can't be banned easly for the following reasons:
  • You didn't provide which server it happened on (3c or 3e)
  • No IP was supplied
  • To make it easier please edit the report using the CORRECT format

As far as reports go yours is fairly good, but it needs improvement.
