I don't think this is a bug.
Since it's a stunt area it's a good thing weapons cannot be used.

In 3e its a duel are where we can have skill duels so its better to fix it

And if it is on 3c, then there's a problem. If it's just a tele point on 3c, then yeah it's bugged. Check back later if when dueling someone at that location and no weapons work.
