After Player Was Banned And Demoted There Were No Admin Online At That Timezone , Odedara Will Be Asleep At That Time ! , So An Admin Was Needed ! , And [xB]Hawk Is An Old Player , And He Is A Trusted Player ! , He Can Handle The Server With Level 6 ! , I See Him Asking For Help 2 Nights Back ! , The Server Was Full Of Hackers , There Was Someone Who Was HAHAHAHAH , He Was Mocking Him , Coz He Culdn't Do Anything ! , And If The Use /settemplevel Command Is Referred To As Abuse ! Why Keep It In The Level 10 Admin Commands ! , As He Said It Can Be Made For RCON Administrators ! , The Boy's Gotta Point There !
And adding to what Devian said, yes Hawk is active and Odedara is too, i'm also very active and always working my but off kicking people who 60% of the time should be banned. It's that clear. Also 3c has hardly no admins. Only 11 and that's not including Management. 9 of those can actually fight against hackers. 7 can only ban, and from those 7 only 5 are actually active. from those 5, 3 play for more that 4 hours per day. From that it adds up to 12 hours of admins. That's if they relieve one another after 4 hours in a row. As the 3c community grows the admins need to.
Hawk and myself work well and know how to deal in the right way with hackers. We both have the hours playing samp, me i'm coming up to my 1st whole year of playing samp from the exact same hours i do on 3c, so i know the GM for 3c as well as i know my mum. And Hawk i'm not totally sure, but his smart he knows how to be responsible and should be given a chance. Finally i wanna mention how hard it is always to check Health Hackers while their in cars, yes /eject would fix that and that's what it was scripted for. But why wasn't it given to lv 4? If lv 4 can /burn, and i think lv 3 can too, then why wasn't /eject also given? Checking Health Hackers with lv 3+ while there on foot using /burn works, but while their in a car it doesn't work.
MagicTouch set me temp lv 5, because he knew i was responsible enough to use the commands, and since he knows me from many former servers. He's seen what i can only do with lv 4, and he wouldn't of temp set me with lv 5 unless he thought that i'm capable of being the level. He knows i've been a equivalent of lv 5 on other servers before (normal lv 3, lv 1 is only VIP) And he was only using me to what i'm more that capable of.
When /settemplevel comes into this, it maybe should be used in another way, which would make everyone happier. A testing / monitoring system by the head admin makes a topic mentioning which admins he things should be promoted, in which Management takes the head admin's advice, because he plays and knows what the admin is like. Management member(s) reply and give the green light for the head admin to /tempsetlevel for that admin / user. During this time the head admin watches and monitors the temp set admin and what his doing. After a while his temp lv is removed and the head admin replies back with his result of the temp set admin.
This system works for many reasons, but here are the main ones.
- Management knows who is gonna be /tempsetlevel
- Management can set users level's in a more accurate way, that how it works atm.
- To a degree it gives the user a better chance for them to be promoted if the head admin sees him/her.
- Gives a better chance for head admin(s) to give those a chance at an admin position or promoting whose who deserve it.
- Gets more communication going between head admin(s) and Management.
- At the end of the day it gives the head admin something more to do that /ban and etc that other admins can do.
- Reduces users / admins asking for admin level, head admin can watch and see the users, then just Management dong what they currently do.
- Forming a better professional relationship between head admin(s) and Management.
@Hawk,First of all he is not allowed to use settemplevel,on second thoughts he could just give you level 3 or 4 if there were no admins,why the **** he gave you level 10?Why the **** he gave [UoP]Steve level 6?
I'll explain who [UoP]Steve is. OleKristian95 was a lv 6 admin on YG. He left and created his own server. OleKristian95's Universe of Paradise on 3c hosted list. The server is long gone, so the advertising rule hasn't been broken here. The clan is [UoP] and Steve was a co-owner. Also a friend of a Magic and a few others. Steve isn't a foolish person, and Magic knew that. That's why he gave [UoP]Steve lv 6 for a hour. Ole has quit SAMP for ever and says he will never return. I know that i was basically a major part of that server and close with every admin and the regular users. Ole suggested for us who were gonna continue to play samp, play on YG! I did that, cuz i love SAMP so much! So i've been playing YG full time since mid October, but since (part time) mid July.
