You name change apply is not Accepted yet but you register your new name in server and transfer your stuufs to new name Wait till it accepted  after do that

First of all Dont Lie,

I Tell you This when you Register Your new name and come with that : Scorpio till you not demoted to Old acc and get lvl in new acc, Use Old acc/name and you say i am transfering Stuffs. After i see you name change Replay and post that and You Say You Didnt do anytthing ?? Look pic:
