I had seen  Admin Warn/kick/Ban NPC .This results to health Bug of players getting God mod of  the kicked NPC id .
NPC can easily identify still Admin doing this.
If an admin warn/kick/ban NPC will get demotion .

NPC NAMES 
1. SF Police officer
2. NPC Lifeguard
3. NPC Tourist
4. NPC Rollerskater

NPC will not have health Bar

cobra NPC  are bots which run walks on there own and they were added just to add more fun to game
