NPC is removed

NPC functions are completely removed from the server and i never see ID 0 bug in the server, so if anyone see that bug then please post it in this thread and i think it is fixed. Banked money is fixed and death message is also added.

When i was there in server, the NPC and Dead messages was bugged, but i donot know about banked money, well Dead messages are much needed for putting a eye on hackers, ( Got killed by Minigun/Rpg, Spawn kill and whatever)
