In the video cleary can be seen he is health hacking. No doubt that he had "lagg" or something like that.
There are no excuses for this.



No reload hack 
In this video clearly can be seen he shoots >6<  times with a shotgun that can only have 4 ammo in it.
There are really NO excuses for this!

i sware i didnt hack even i shot u.u didint die or life didnt go. after that oneeb killed u with machine kind of thing.and after even he took my life the same thing.trust me i dont even no how to hackkkkkkkk

My health wasn't going down because i was recording the video with fraps. Besides even if i was using health hacks ( which i don't use ) this complaint is about you and not me. Anyway you may want to have a look at your no reload hack ;)

I don't believe that his hacking because, first of all, since his a lager, u didn't aimed properly at him. Since he lags u should aim ahead of him and not the character. The reload hack is caused by lag. He slows down in your screen and when he comes back to normal, he just shoots those shots that you haven't seen him shooting.
I will see if this is all right from your side when I next see him.

P.S. Can you tell me what's his ping to give me an idea where to shoot?

If you could provide his ping, that that would help in show if he lags. Be honest.

The rule of thumb is the higher ping, the more he/ she lags, for example Oderara lags tones and has a ping of around 500, the average person has one around 200, anything more than 450 + around normally lags.

Hawk i made the video in slowmotion on purpose. That was no lagg at all. If he really was laggin then he would be standing at the same spot and then after 2 sec he would spawn at an other spot.
