Ban/Demotion Vote pool

 Well. Today i was thinking about abusers, and players who hacks without consideration with our rules.
This suggestion is an old of mine, and i wish it would be used , because that's really usefull, and make the rules equal to everyone.

Its like this:

If someone got reported, and its a fool reason, it gonna be ignorated.
BUT, if the management see a serious problem, like Admins abusing, Players complaints,  etc.
They can open a pool/Votation to let the members decide the kinda  of punishment.
For Admins abusing, they can make pools like:
Demotion -1(Depends of the management)
Temporary ban:
 Demote + ban:

Players
Demotion (If Trusted Player):
Temp-ban:
Permanent Ban:

Robert just a side note, /tempban doesn't excist, and from how active Management is, it won't work if they ban the user and un ban them later, (on purpose)

Demote + ban: [YG]ExZii - abuses admin commands always, and has legit shown his not giving his time to YG, i know as a fact he plays on other servers. Also never active anywhere.

Permanent Ban: Been given way to many changes, keeps getting banned, then un banned by Management, should be perm banned!

Permanent Ban: Had 4 chances to redeem himself and screwed up all of them
1st: Banned for hacking
2nd: Ban evade with a new account
3rd: Used aimbot
4th: Became Management of a server who copied YG structure and became the leader of that server's official gang/clan called [DM]. ( DM stands for Duel Masters I think. )


P.S. You guys call yourselves masters but you will never beat the ReD DeViLs or the Xtreme_Boyz. ( RD and xB )
