He's active in IRC. I've seen quite a lot of times.

Now, I'll say -1 because he hasn't been here for that long ( As long as I know ) so he needs to gain our trust.
I'm quite sure my -1 will change to a +1 if he continues to behave and report some hackers online like he did today :)
