Thanks for the report. I suggest you to use the goto command near all players and see whether from which player does warns come. If it comes from anyone, use /ip and get his IP address. Then ask someone to goto that suspect and try if warns are coming. If warnings are coming, BAN the player and ask the management to firewall the IP address of that guy. Sometimes many people using mods and then using server sided vehicles as tuned can also create some warnings, ask any higher level admins to untune all vehicles with management's permission.
