This problem doesn't occur with others, at least not yet! Possibly your Internet is lagging.

It was fixed for him before, if it still happens; try removing gta.set file from GTA Sanandreas Userfiles

also checked in another server and its workin
but only in ygg

I've had that problem before on 3c, happens every now and then. I think when i login it's bugs up and i tele to my house, but i can't see anything (like the ground, cars etc) I re-log and it clears....
