+1 Good Player , Respectful And dude, Why you dont Want other Players to be Trusted Player As you are a TP? Who cares if he is not active in IRC? See The Rules Reasonably Active not 24/7  :P :P

So you think it like this way? Well the rule is : You must be active in irc
And you can simply says "who cares" well if you think like that then there should be no rules at all. Rules are rules and you should respect and obey them like everyone else.
Look here it is >

   - You must have a score of at least 2,000
   - You must have been registered for at least one and a half months, and have played recently.
   - You must have an acceptable amount of online time (not specific, but reasonably active and not 24/7 idler)
   - You must be reasonably active on the forums (registered)
   - You must be reasonably active on IRC (and registered)
