Second: I hadn't copy any thing from YG
Third: I wasnt allowed to edit fourm
Fourth: I wasn't a moderator of some boards like Lordz
Fifth: I hadn't advirtise the server
Sixth: I have played only once on server before get banned !!!

His got a good point there, and also looks like he was sucked into this mess.....

I'm in now way connected, i just know how it feels to be in this position. Seeing he had 100% NOTHING towards copying that forum, i don't see how he can be banned for a crime he didn't commit.
