My weapons hits aren't hurting my opponents...

Very strange.  (Ver 0.3e) 

I unload an entire clip into another player on the screen, and their energy bar doesn't go down one bit, (and no, they haven't spawned recently.)  Their blood is spraying everywhere. 

I jam my chainsaw into another player on the screen, (blood spraying everywhere,) and their energy bar doesn't go down one bit.   

Every shot of my opponents hit me with makes my vest and health energy drop, though. 

Anybody else ever have this problem?  What gives?

P.S.
Everyone once in awhile though, my shots do injure/kill my opponent, but I'd guess only 15-20% of the time.

50% chances u Try To Kill Hackers.

The other 50% will go to either 1-them being bugged (health bug usage) or 2-them moving and u not shooting the lag spot or finally 3-they're AFK.

Sometimes they maybe gone AFK or They're Hacker's

Make sure you go to youtube and search for ' how to kill a lagger in samp '
3e has lots of players+server lags a bit itself
Bigger the ping, further away is the lag point

*Lag point is the point where you should aim and shoot at
