Time & date when you spotted him(GMT):16:12 indian time idk the gmt sorry

What did he do wrong:weapon hack he had spray can minigun n cr charges ufortunately i have evidence of mg n spray can only in chatlog check the highlighted
check the link plz see the place in yellow colour i used the sniping tool :P

Next time take picture(proof) On server. Use "F8" To Take Picture on server.
