U cant ban a player if he plays in other server red and second of all U can ban an player only if he advertise other server and If an admin of yg is playing in other server and is admin their then u should report to management with proofs and and For red hunter post proofs that he is playing in moeez server  and let the management reply

Rules clearly say that a player can't be banned if they play in other server.
You can only ban a YG Admin for doing so.
