Server had 40+ players online, then it froze, i went to check it, and say some noob from Canada anti bot attacked 3c..... His IP was banned... after it calmed down and he left, on his own...the server then had 12 people  People clearly were scared..

Since 3c is an older version of sa-mp, it can be easily doss; soon we will move this server to 0.3x ( latest version ).

You wish....you would have to kick him, and warn him 3 times harder...if u get me Still he left, after his bot's all attacked 3c. We couldn't kick him or ban him off. But his IP was banned
