IRC Suggestion

Hello all, my suggestion is to:
Give ALL level 10 Administrators SuperOP (SOP) on IRC.
They will be able to manage the ACCESS list (VOP,HOP,AOP)

Super OP represents owner status at IRC. So the answer is, No.

Yes, Cobra is right; as a fact, it's not needed. That's my point of view. Because, it's having some IRC commands which could control the IRC a bit.

No +q is owner status......
Also SOP dont have much powers it just shows that player have high rank and high admin
+ If it's because +a got owner permissions just move that to +q

Well Level 10 Administrator haves some in-game commands which can control the server a bit
