Anti-Shivoy evade

Hey all,
I see that there's a moron who is always irritating us so I decided to create a script which won't allow that bastard to get in the server. He always keeps ban evading and explodes and irritates others, so this is specially dedicated for that ****.

It will be blocking him even if he try to evade with his OWN IP address, and will be blocking unless he change his ISP.
Special note to shivoy: Yo motha faqa, even if you change your ISP, I will fak that too.

I hope this works, and will be added soon because the server no longer need that moron!

I Just Gave him Example How Easy Is To Evade The /dban.

This release - is anti-Shivoy unban. Which means will be blocking his ISP. Even if your ISP is blocked, you won't be able to enter in server unless you change your ISP.
