New Page: YG Clan registration info in game

I'm suggesting for a page on the server which has info regarding YG Clan Info, and how to join. I have people ask me often how to join and etc. People apply and they don't read the rules, and see that they must have been playing online for at least a month.

A info page would also make everything clear. And easier for admins to direct players who want to join. So it'll say apply at www.yg-gaming.com.

It's similar i guess to /shop, but it gives more info on applying to become a YG Member.

Yep , that question is really frequent.
Maybe make a command at server? /yg or /ygapply that shows the rules and/or requirements to join or says "you haven't been online for 1 month!" if they haven't.
Would be MUCH easier than explaining it through SHORT PMs or main chat with everyone chatting.
