transfer to 0.3c

To The Management,
                             As you know that uae players cant join the server of 0.3e cause of
                             some ip problem. thats why i am asking for a transfer to 0.3c or 3x
                             :) (temporarily)

3c is currently locked as it's going to move to 3x soon. And also, 3x isn't yet opened. As update is near, both the servers will be locked soon as to solve the ISP problems and server updates.
