Admin abusing

around 2 days ago [RB]wolf was throwing lots of grenades, after i killed him i get all his weapon and find out that all the weapon is 9999 including grenade...
few second after, he disarmed me.. isn't admin not allow to give themselve weapon such as RPG, grenade?
