Request for 0.3c Reset and ...

Well friends, I'm playing on Server 0.3C. How Reliable administrator level 8. I'm on the inside of the server problems. 1ST and as always: Lack of cars.
Since I joined the server, always lacked cars. This is really a hell. Players (most speak Spanish) are sought by cars all the time. Always disturbing.
2nd LAG!! The damn lag returned. It seems that the efforts of the owners had no effect. I propose a reset. By removing useless MTAs and lowering the number of cars by player 10 to 5. We all know that cars will not be used all at once. How To Be with 10 cars, it will not be used or two? This is lack of rationing, because the server is busy and players need of measures to improve comfort during play.
My suggestion, which is somewhat Audacious, would open a server 0.3D. Because Great addition to having features like security for example, a server is free of lag. Could be opened by hosting 0.3C.
Note: This is only a suggestion. But the reset on the server is extremely 0.3C Needed

We know the server is lagging like hell. By resetting a few users accounts will not sort this problem out. Currently the server is having a total of 3000 users and above. This is making the server lag. Vehicles will also makes the server lag but now it is due to over user accounts. We are using Pawno and pawno cannot hold or keep too much files.When a player join or use any commands or use any feature then the pawno has to read the file of that particular player out of that huge amount of users accounts and this will take a few seconds or minutes. The one and only solution is to convert the whole script to MySQL and its not that much easy. MySQL can keep lakhs of files and it is reading each user accounts or any files within 0.0002 seconds.That much speed it is having and i'm trying to convert it, but not at all sure that it will be a success

Yea i think MySQL may reduce those lags,but its hard converting d_ini/y_ini to MySQL.Also,
I think with MySQL we can control their account if we add in website also.
Im also gonna learn some MySQL,for my future use.
But I think its tough.

I DOnt mean that this is not too many account's this is too much but there are server in which every time more 200 players online so the acc register ther wil be .... ?? that's why m saying dude

Yea our server has more accounts but its because our server is famous + cool.
Let the MySQL system be added,then it might be solved.
But its hard to convert all the y_ini datas to MySQL.
Too many errors may be.
Im also gonna learn MySQL scripting.

Nop,it isnt.
Some servers which are hosted in 3c are having 100's of players online.
But still it wont cause lags,but our does.
It's because our server is having more accounts.

It's also difficult to edit you guys's account because the FTP lags while viewing the accounts folder,once when I went to Simon's house,I saw him getting mad of editing some account.

So it isnt the problem of 3c,its because of more users.
