Monk can no more ban evade :D

well i was pissed of this guy monk he adv. he insults he hacks  and what not :@ :@ he ban evaded like thousand times so i have a request to stop him just add this ip to firewall 113.203   

thats it just add it and he can no more evade the ban coz when he changes ip his last part only changes not the front if we ban this we can ban him for ever
so my request to young add it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

What ever it maybe when an admin spot that he is a ban evader then surely he will get ban again.So he cannot play peace.

An ISP has a stock of IP's.
And from that stock, the IP is being changed.
So if we firewall an IP the stock ip's will also get Banned.
So he if he changes his IP also just his Ip will be changed from any one of the IP from his ISP's stock provided to him.

And here this guy's IP is wierd.
Use /ip and ask young to firewall it.

So his stock ip will also be firewalled even though he changes.
But note that he can enter server using another ISP.
