We had already included that in the rules a long before and it has to be followed.

young bro i m register in AndroIRC but i dont have voice and sometime cobra give me voice but its temp can permenent so if some problem with register or other so please add fully tutorial for IRC 0.3c for AndroIRC and Add ow to register in login please bro
