SMF is best if you know how to work with it.
Of curse FTP and DB access is needed so it can't be done on this forum.

I too agree with your suggestion but I prefer vBulletin more better than MyBB because, in MyBB most of the forums are getting attacked by bots/spiders. In case of SMF, if it's a purchased thing, it's awesome or else HORRIBLE!
For temp, if we switch to MyBB, it isn't bad but I prefer vBulletin more.
LordZ, yes vBulletin is way better, but as i say, using an nulled vBulletin software will make the Forum owner or the Website owner a really big trouble, because If they see that you are using a Nulled (Crack version) of vBulletin, (got no idea how they analyze, maybe with a specialized software or a code) They shutdown the website in just second, the rest i don't know anyway, vBulletin software is VERY Expensive, instead of that, We can use MyBB.
+ NO, it CAN'T Get attacked, MyBB Plugins will help you, i installed 5-8 Plugins and after that, NEVER Got any problem + Adding a Captcha 2-3 Security question etc to the Registration form made my Forum very easy and SPAM/BOT Free.
MagicTouch, SMF Can be way better, BUT as i said above, MyBB Is WAY Better than SMF or PhpBB as Graphical Design, it got better templates THAN SMF or PhpBB. SMF I don't know alot about it, but SMF Doesn't got a lot good templates (or at least public templates) But MyBB got CRAZY Public FREE Templates that you won't trust to your Eyes, and think with a Private Template, that you buy for 20-30$... That would be REALLY Awesome Template.
However Magic, Every PHP or vBulletin etc uses database, and the host company i said above the one that gives 10GB HDD and 100GB Bandwidth, it got AWESOME Functions, EVEN Website builder, and the UPTIME is 99% (Since the Start of that Service!!!) AND You can use FTP or MySQL or anything like that, it got a lot more functions. So MyBB or SMF on that Would NOT Create an Problem.

Dear Managements and Admins, Ive seen that YounG Generation is on the TOP Quality Hosting, that costs Extremly money, so maybe you Managers can't afford to a better Website design and forum Software, just Forum Software cost's over 100? (i think something like that) For vBulletin (a TOP quality of Forum Software) And for the Main Website, it could be enough with Wordpress Software. Wordpress is very easy to use.
However, All the stuffs i said above is FREE of CHARGE so If we want to use some extra cash for TOP service, then i can make a Second suggestion. But ofcourse Managers don't want spend 100? For just a little better Security and Better design + System Quality. However, Volt-Host is Expensive so in my opinion, no need for a Better Service than my suggestion i Mentioned above.
I hope Everyone Understands what i meant
